Colorado Cabin - Reservations

Reservation Process

To make a reservation for the Colorado Cabin, CMC members should contact the CMC Sergeant at Arms.

The Sergeant at Arms will confirm the reservation and payment amount, and provide instructions to the CMC member.

CMC members should pay the applicable fee(s) by clicking on the button at the bottom of this page.

*Note that making a payment alone does not book your reservation. You must contact the Sergeant at Arms to confirm your dates.

Please review the rules and regulations for use of the Colorado Cabin carefully before making a reservation.

Cabin reservations must be made by a CMC member and the member must accompany any non-members during the entire stay.
Payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made and is nonrefundable.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Reservations are limited to a maximum of 7 days but can be extended 48 hours prior to the last day of the reservation if the cabin is available.
Weekly reservations start at Saturday 3pm and end Saturday 2pm.
The family rate applies to spouses, parents, and children only.
Maximum occupancy of the cabin is 4 individual members or 8 members of the same group/family.
Groups of less than 4 people may have to share the cabin with other individuals not in their group.
There may be separate groups or individuals staying inside the cabin and camping outside in tents at the same time.
People staying in the cabin are expected to share the kitchen with tent campers.
Users are expected to leave the cabin in as good as or better condition than found.
Members cannot sublet the cabin or tent space to anyone.
